Kanya Shala - Highlights 

1) Excellent results of the school                                                                                     
The school maintains excellent results of S.S.C. exams right from 1996 to 2000. 

In the S.S.C. Exams of March 1999, our school student Miss Sapana Prakash Bhansali secured 83% of marks. She stood first in S.S.C. Shirdi centre. She brought additional credit to our school.

The school has been putting in tremendous efforts to maintain such meritorious students in the school. 
This credit goes to our Executive officer and our Administrative Officer 
Shri V. K. Galande, their encouragement and their valuable guidance have yielded fantastic and appreciable results.

2) External Exams                                                                                                         
The school undertakes all the External Exams for the all round development of the students. The students appear for Bharati Vidyapeeth's Math's and English Exams and Maharashtra State Sabha Pune. Hindi Exams. The results of these Exams is not less than 80 to 95%. The students are also encouraged and guided to undertake scholarship exams, Drawing exams, Computer exams. Thus children develop the writing skills and all round education. 

3) Educational Trips                                                                                                       
The school arranges educational trips every year. Through this the students develop historical. Scientific, Geographical. Environmental. Religious. Natural information thoroughly. Till date we have been completing all the important visits to important places in Maharashtra. The school has visited the places such as Ellora, Ajanta, Paithan, Lonar, Lake, Pune, Dehu- Alandi, Bhimashankar, Mahabaleshwar, Panchagani, Ozar, Shivaneri, Satara, Kolhapur, Sajjangarh, Panhala, Ratnagiri, Ganpatipule etc. 
The trips help the students to gain additional knowledge and enjoy the beauty of these places. 

4) Sports Competitions                                                                                                  
The school has a vast play ground where various games pertaining to sports are being arranged. Students also have thorough practice in kabaddi, Dodge ball, baseball and cricket. These games are pre-planned so as to provide physical and mental development to the students. Our sports students have gone up to Taluka level and have almost reached the District level in kho-kho. In Athletics also the students have gone up to District level. 

5) Annual Gathering                                                                                                      
The administrative body of the school, parents, teacher and students are brought together for entertainment programmes arranged in the school. The students are encouraged and praised for their meritorious work. Through these programmes the students have an opportunity to discover their hidden talents in dance, dramas, arts, humor etc. They also develop stage courage to face the audience. Thus the children learn many arts through encouragement and praise. 

6) National Festival                                                                                                        
The very important events such as 15th August Independence Day, Republic Day are being arranged and prabhat pheris are taken through the town Naturally , the students get praised for their fantastic discipline in the public. The systematic parades of the students praise the chief of the function. On such occasion's Drills, Lezim, Dumb bells, Rings etc. are exhibited. All the officials of the Sansthan, teachers, parents and students participate in such functions. 
Every year the school arranges Ganesh Festival and through this festivals the students understand the importance of 'National Integrity'.

The students are also given an opportunity to celebrate/observe the birth/death anniversaries of our great National leaders 

7)Musicband                                                                                                                 
The students have formed a band unit of 40 members. This is the main objective of the school, which is praiseworthy.

All the musical instruments namely Dhol, Bugle, flute etc. are included in this unit. Girls use them systematically on occasions such as Independence Day and Republic Day.

8) Music                                                                                                                       
Our honorable executive officers having discovered the need of music (singing), he appointed a specialized instructor in singing on account of this availability, the students participate enthusiastically in singing.

9) Karate                                                                                                                      
This is being Japanese game implemented in this institute also a special teacher has been appointed and a great number of students participate in this game. 

10) Parent-Teacher meetings                                                                                         
Every academic year the administrative body arranges teacher parent meeting. These meetings help the teachers and parents to exchange their views. Parents also have an opportunity to express their problems pertaining to Education.

The problems of teachers, parents and students are being sorted out and a suitable solution is given. These meeting help the teacher and parents to come closer to each other. 

11) Visits of Dignitaries                                                                                                  
Shirdi being a main centre of holy place in Maharastra, the visit of honourable guests is natural. The higher officials of Education, Politics, Sports, Arts, Cine –Hero –Heroine do visit our Educational complex. Their valuable guidance help. us to carry out various tasks. 

12) Government Activities                                                                                              
As per the instructions given by the state Government, we work out all the programmes successfully e.g. Adult Education, polio-elimination etc. through prabhat-pheries for the awareness of the public on the whole.
